At Ranger Station, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our Nashville studio.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
